Jonny Wilkinson along with England "round ball" star Michael Owen could be called as prosecution witnesses in the trial of two men accused of selling fake autographs to the unsuspecting public.
According to The Journal a Chester based company, Sporting Icons, is owned by Graeme Walker, 45 and he is facing 74 charges under the Trade Descriptions Act with his former business partner, Faisal Madani, 42.
The two "business" men have been accused of selling a variety of sports memorabilia including shirts and photographs, with faked autographs of the stars.
The trial begins on Thursday.
